Sony Xperia Z Ultra Hits in India on 31 July

After a week’s long wait, the Sony Xperia Z Ultra is ready to launch in India. According to e-retailer Saholic, the Sony Xperia Z Ultra will be unveiled from July 31 onwards in India.

The Sony’s flagship Android smartphone has unveiled successfully last month and very recently only it’s pre-booking in Hong Kong. But now Sony's flagship phone had been listed on online shopping portal - Saholic, all though the India price for the device had not announced yet, but we expect the price of the device must be around Rs 50,000.

The Sony Xperia Z Ultra sports a 6.4-inch is full HD Triluminos screen which boasts of new display technology X-Reality Mobile engine and runs on the Android v4.2 Jelly Bean OS. The phone is powered by a 2.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. The device is water and dust proof with Ingress Protection 55 and 58 certification which even allow the device to shoot videos and images underwater.

An 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front one find their spots on the device as well. An Adreno 330 GPU and 2GB of RAM have also been granted to the phone. The most specific feature of the device, is it had handwriting recognition which is compatible with any pencil and selected stylus or pen.
