Just two days back, Samsung had unveiling the Galaxy Grand 2 for Indian customers after seeing the success of the popular Galaxy Grand. After its launch sooner, Samsung has started taking pre-order for the new smartphone via its India e-store. In the lunch event, exact price was not announced it’s expected that the device will be priced between Rs 22,990 to Rs 24,990 and will be available to the public from the first week of January 2014.
However, pre-order for the smart phone had started already. The Galaxy Grand 2 can be pre-ordered by just paying an advance of Rs. 2,000, which the company notes would be adjusted against the final price. But the final price of the Galaxy Grand 2 for the Indian market is not yet announced.
The South Korean handset maker launches the device in November for globally, but on Monday it’s officially launched the Galaxy Grand 2 for India customer.
Features of Samsung Galaxy Grand 2
1) The device runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and it’s a dual –Sim which supports GSM+GSM.
2) The smartphone features a 5.2-inch HD TFT display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels.
3) It’s powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm processor alongside 1.5GB of RAM. Also comes 8GB inbuilt storage, which is further expandable up to 64GB via microSD card.
4) It’s having 8 megapixel autofocus with LED flash and 1.9 megapixel front facing camera.
5) Different connectivity options are available like: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB and 3G (HSPA+).
6) The phone measures 146.8x75.3x8.9mm and weighs about 163 grams.
7) The Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 will be available in Black, Pink and White colour variants in select regions.
