Today, the South Korean electronics manufacturer Samsung co. has officially announced Samsung Galaxy S 4 Active smartphone. However the company had conformed the device, after the continues rumors from quite some time.
According to the technology giant Samsung Electronics, the new Galaxy S 4 Active is a rugged version of Samsung's latest handset. Along with some special features like, the smarphone will be functioning underwater for attest half an hour. The Samsung Galaxy S4 Active is a complete waterproof handset.

The special feature which makes Samsung Galaxy S 4 Active different from Galaxy series, is ’Aqua Mode’’ option. Through Aqua Mode option, it makes possible to take clear underwater images and increases the visual quality inside water. However, Galaxy S4 Active has to compete with recently launched Sony Xperia Z.
In last week only, the smartphone giant had claimed that global sales of its Galaxy S4 have crossed 10 million units in less than a month of its commercial launch. But the company had not declared the price and launching date of the device. From recent rumors, the smartphone will cost 649 euros in Netherlands. The Galaxy S4 Active is specially for outdoor usage, as its dust and water-resistant. In the first cycle of launch it will available in blue, gray, and orange colours that give it a very youthful look.
