Samsung Announces ATIV Q Tablet With Windows8/Android Hybrid

In the recent Samsung event held in London, the South Korean had demonstrated 9 new devices, from which three are from Galaxy S4 family. Secondly, new series of ATIV includes tablet, book9 ect. In the event Samsung had officially announced their latest and most interesting tablets.



The latest tablet was named as Samsung ATIV Q, and it runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system and on Windows platform. Its 13.3 inch touch screen device with a resolution they’re calling qHD+, or 3200 x 1800.


The most special benefit, users are getting in ATIV Q tablet is as they can able to switch between Windows 8 and Android 4.2 seamlessly. For example, users can play Angry Birds game in their Android OS or jumping over to Windows for some productivity work. Samsung had made such type of screen’s size and resolution to employ a multi-window-esque environment for running multiple applications at the same time, making multitasking a breeze.

Samsung calms to be first company, who had developed tablet which runs on Windows and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. This dynamic duo Samsung ATIV Q tablet is having Intel Core i5 processor with 4GB of RAM with a 128GB solid-state drive, a 720p HD camera, and boasts up to 9 hours of battery life. The ATIV Q tablet is just 14mm thin and weighs just 1.29kg. It will be coming in Ash Black. Till now company had not announced its launching date and price details. At last, we expect Samsung to announce soon the launching dates of Galaxy S4 series and ATIV Q.
